Team Eatstory:

About Neeru-

After studying for a year at International Institute of Culinary Arts, she trained at the Bakery Kitchen at The Westin, Gurgaon, under the best Chefs in the industry and later worked at The Bread factory (German Bakery) at Ethiopian Cultural Centre, Delhi. Always keen on writing, she started her food blog called Eatstory. She poured her heart out about the food escapades across India, which led to various freelance writing assignments. Neeru also worked full-time as a Food Content Developer, under the aegis of Vir Sanghvi, one of Indias most prolific food writers.
Today, as a Food Blogger & Food Stylist she works with premium brands such as The Artful Baker, Punjab Grill, Zambar, Vegit, Dabur, Kokoba, Paper Boat and Tupperware. Besides, they also have a YouTube Channel and make corporate videos for restaurants, cafes and home-stays and travelogues related to food.

About Gurjas Bal –

Always fascinated by the moving pictures, capturing the fabric and the mood of the subject gave him immense joy. With a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, he found himself assisting a prolific director in Mumbai. Gurjas went to England, to purse his studies in filmmaking from London Film Academy & worked in the United Kingdom for a year on cultural documentaries.

Finding a great partner in Neeru, together they loved eating out. And soon their passion became their profession. While she poured her heart out in words, he chose to tell stories through pictures. Brands started recognizing their work and thus emerged Eatstory Art.

All the videos on Eatstorys YouTube Channel and the corporate
videos for restaurants, cafes and homestays and travelogues related to food are shot and edited by them.
